This week
This week we have two returning classics and a brand new brewery to The Ale Way.
First up we have Sunshine Reggae, a pale ale returning from Fine Tuned Brewery; perfect for drinking in the sunny weather.
Next we have one of my all time favourites, Will's Neck, a golden ale from Quantock Brewery.
And lastly, our first ever cask from Cornwall, we have Black Stuff, a stout from Firebrand Brewing, who we're very excited to be working with for the first time.
I've relented and put another stout on, for all you lovers of dark beers!
We also have Island Street Porter from Salcombe Brewery new on keg. This was probably my favourite porter of the past 6 months.
To celebrate the 200th anniversary of the modern railway and to promote tourism in Axminster, the Devon and Cornwall Rail Partnership have created some really cool postcards for people to collect and turn into bigger prizes.
This is the one for The Ale Way and there are different ones for Railway Kitchen and the Station.
Pop down to start your collection and for details of how the promotion works.

Welcome to our
function room!
We are proud to announce the opening of a new seating area at The Ale Way. Inspired by our location at Axminster Station and by the amazing work being done by the volunteers at For The Love of a Railway! It is a cosy space that seats up to 12 people. The room can be hired / reserved for meetings or a quiet space to enjoy drinks with friends. Please contact us through the website or on 07538 126232 for more details. Come down and take a look.
OPEN THIS WEEKEND!
Gift cards are available to purchase at the bar, the perfect gift for any
